Cottage Food Law Disclosure

Purely Coastal Creations operates as a licensed cottage food business under the Florida Cottage Food Law (Florida Statute Section 500.80). All baked goods and food products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) or any other state or local food safety agency.

 

All products are sold directly to consumers within the State of Florida only. Interstate shipping of cottage food products is prohibited under federal law. Purely Coastal Creations does not ship food products outside the State of Florida.

 

All products are labeled in compliance with Florida cottage food labeling requirements and include the statement: Made in a Home Kitchen - Not Subject to Florida's Food Safety Regulations.
