Our Story
Purely Coastal Creations did not start with a dream. It started with a decision.
After 30 years as a Senior Vice President in financial services — leading data governance teams at Citibank, BarclayCard, and Credit Suisse — Suzanne Brown walked away from corporate America and came home to what she had always known: the kitchen.
Baking was never a hobby. It was the constant through every demanding role, every relocation, every long week. The place where precision met creativity and the results were something you could actually share with someone you cared about.
When Suzanne and her husband settled in Port Saint Lucie, she brought that same executive discipline and attention to detail into a micro-bakery built on one uncompromising standard — clean, organic, locally sourced ingredients made to order, every single time.
