By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before orderinAbout Our Products**

Purely Coastal Creations operates as a Florida licensed cottage food business. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Products are made to order in small batches and are never frozen.

 

Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed by Thursday at 8pm for the following week
- Full payment is required at time of order
- We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo
- Prices are subject to change without notice

 

Pickup & Delivery
- Porch pickup is available at 1629 SE North Blackwell Dr, Port Saint Lucie FL 34952
- Local delivery is available within our service area
- Delivery fees may apply based on location
- We are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery

 

Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup may receive store credit
- Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared
- Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit

 

Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts. We offer gluten-free options using King Arthur Measure for Measure flour, however our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility.

 

Custom Orders & Consultations
Custom celebration cakes and specialty orders require a consultation. A minimum order of $85 applies. A 2-week lead time is required. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

 

Intellectual Property
All photos, content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Purely Crafted LLC DBA Purely Coastal Creations and may not be used without written permission.

 

Digital Products
All digital products including ebooks and Blueprint guides are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited.
